Description One of Cincinnati's public libraries soon becomes an unlikely shelter for homeless people seeking warmth from the city's cold weather. All hell breaks loose as the homeless begin barricading themselves in the library and the police are called in to try and defuse the situation. Writer and director Emilio Estevez's carefully-crafted dramedy focuses on the story of two librarians, a crisis negotiator, a district attorney and the leader of the homeless as they become tied up in this act of civil disobedience.

The Public is a unique film that uses a slow burn to tell its story. The audience is able to follow along with the plot as it unfolds and gives a much needed point of view on the social justice movement in America. While this film does not tell the whole story of the African American community in America, it does show how the black community was struggling to get out of the cycle of poverty and how they were trying to find their own path to success. The film focuses on the life of the Black Panther Party and how they took the fight for freedom to the people and won. The film shows how the black community took it upon themselves to help the oppressed and they did so using the means at their disposal. While the film does show the trials and tribulations the black community went through, it does not glorify them and shows how they fought for freedom. The film also shows how the black community worked together to fight for freedom. While this film is a social justice film, it is not an uplifting film. The film is not one of the better films of the year. The movie is slow moving and it is not a film to go out and see. The film has some great performances and some good dialogue. The film is an engaging film that shows the struggles of the black community and how they fought for freedom. The film is worth seeing because it shows the struggles of the black community and their struggles and how they worked together to fight for freedom. The film is an interesting film that is worth seeing.
